We are a busy law office seeking a new team member to help as a receptionist and administrative assistant. Ideally work 20-30 hours per week Monday-Friday.
- Phone management: answer and transfer calls, draft phone messages
- Greet and interact with high net worth clients
- Manage calendars for attorneys i.e. scheduling meetings via phone/email/online
- Process mail
- Input client data
- Draft emails to clients and staff
- Draft/mail/scan documents
- Support with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Technological proficiency: Outlook, Word, Excel
- Punctual, organized, detail oriented, and conscientious
- Database experience is a plus
